Once the study of the product to be designed has been carried out and after the client's approval, we create a design in 3D support or traditional sculpture with the technical characteristics and dimensions proposed by the studio.

Once the support has been finalised, it will be validated with the customer for conformity. This process will be used to subsequently create the moulds for its manufacture.

Once the design has been accepted by the customer, we start to make the moulds for the manufacture of the product by rotational moulding.

It is time for decoration and after making different proposals and receiving the customer's acceptance, the necessary tools and clichés will be created for decoration through airbrushing or pad printing.

Before final production we will make samples for the customer's confirmation. These samples will accompany us in the different manufacturing processes guaranteeing that the final production will have the same quality and finish as the sample accepted by the customer.
